Listed is a Live Edge Oak Slab! This slab was cross cut across a "twin" log showing beautiful crotch grain and bark inclusions throughout this unique piece. This piece would make for a one-of-a-kind coffee table or small table.

The utmost care has been taken of these slabs to ensure the best quality. Immediately after the tree was cut down, the ends were coated with a paraffin wax end grain sealer to minimize any checking or splits in the slab. Once the slabs were milled, they were treated right away and coated with a green wood stablizer which also helps the wood to dry slowly and evenly to minimize splitting, warping, or twisting. Once it was coated, we stacked it to air dry. This is the process that ensures we maintain the best quality standards possible for our slabs!

We are located in IA, and have reasonable shipping options to anywhere in the continental U.S.
 
Slabs are removed from our warehouse once payment is received. Your slab will then be loaded on a pallet with a protective cardboard covering to ensure safe transit. 
 
Slabs are shipped to the nearest shipping distribution center near you. ***We need you to provide the best contact name and phone number.*** This information will be provided to the freight carrier - they will call you directly to schedule your pickup. Slabs can be shipped directly to a business address with a fork lift or loading dock at no additional cost and can be shipped directly to a residential address for an additional $75. We will ship it to the local shipping distribution center unless we are notified otherwise. Within 24-48 hours of slab pickup, a message will be sent with tracking information and the freight carrier contact info. Total time for delivery is estimated from 7 to 14 business days.
